18 Halloween Teacher Gifts to Celebrate Spooky Season

Do you love splurging and spoiling the teachers in your life? I have a bunch of ideas for Halloween teacher gifts that I’m sure they will love. From t-shirts to stationery, there are some fun, spooky and cutesy items here they will actually use.

Before even getting any gifts, it’s important to think about how spooky you should go. Some people stay away from Halloween and would rather not participate. Ask the teacher if she’s into it if you aren’t sure.

If Halloween isn’t their thing, you can always get fall-inspired gifts instead. There are a couple options on this list that would be great. Otherwise, get some regular teacher appreciation gifts instead.

1. Lanyards

For the teachers that love to show their personality through simple things, these badge protectors and lanyards are a great way to introduce a little spooky fun. There are tons to choose from but I really like these goth bat and alien themed ones. Of course, you can go for black cats and even skeleton ones too.

2. Mugs

Ah yes, mugs, the classic teacher appreciation gift! While you can choose themes based on any of the teacher’s favorite movies, you can also go with simple and unique mugs too. I really like this double insulated cat one. And, this jack o lantern one can double as a pen holder for her desk!

3. Tumbler cups

If the teacher loves her coffee, especially iced coffee, pick up this cute ghostly glass tumbler cup. It comes with a lid and glass straw too.

4. T-shirts

If you know the size of t-shirt the teacher wears, then get her a really nice Halloween themed tee as a gift. She can wear it to class on casual Fridays or even on her days off. It’s a small and simple gift she’ll love.

There are so many options out there that can match her personality. If she’s a fan of Disney and Minnie Mouse, she’ll appreciate these.

5. Sweatshirts

Is the weather already getting chilly? Then, an oversized sweatshirt can be a perfect gift. Choose a color she likes and a graphic that matches her style. Cute ghosts reading books or holding cats are sure to make the teacher (and her students) smile.

6. Sticky notes and pens

For the teachers that love making quick notes in class, get her an adorable Halloween themed set that comes with sticky notes and pens. It’s both useful in the classroom and pretty to look at!

7. Bookmarks

Does the teacher love reading physical books? Do you think he or she will enjoy a new bookmark that’s a tad bit spooky? This metallic one certainly plays up the cute ghost vibe and is pretty budget friendly.

8. Cozy set

A cute, cozy set of assorted, spooky items can be a fun gift for teachers this fall. Most sets come with socks, candles, bath bombs, glass tumblers and maybe soap, bracelets and more. These are pretty cute options.

9. Candles

For the teacher that enjoys simple gifts like candles, fall themed ones would certainly be soothing treats for her. You can get this set that comes with 4 candles. Gift them to different teachers or share the extras with your girlfriends.

Wrap them in kraft brown paper and tie a ribbon on them to make the gift a little more classy.

10. Stickers

If the teacher loves sharing stickers in the classroom, consider getting her some Halloween themed ones. She could certainly use them in the weeks leading up to the day. While it may be a treat for the kids in class, it’ll still bring her lots of joy when sharing them. And, you’ll be saving her the trouble and expense from buying them herself.

These are great options.

11. Stamps

Much like stickers, stamps are more for the kids, but they are still fun teacher gifts. Teachers can use them as rewards in the classroom while bringing in some seasonal cheer or do I mean scare?

These stamps are the cutest things ever!

12. Classroom decorations

For teachers that love decorating their classrooms, consider sponsoring Halloween decor items. Collaborate with them on what they need or pick easy elements like these stretchy webs with spiders and bats.

This door sign is perfect too!

13. Window decor

Another fun way to decorate the classroom would be with window clings and stickers. You can go for fun pumpkins or choose a cutesy pink set of clings instead.

14. Desk decorations

If a fully decorated classroom for Halloween is not an option, ask the teacher if she wouldn’t mind having mini spooky themed desk signs and decorations. Simple phrases and signs are great but you can also do wooden figurines and more.

I really like these.
