Gifts for coffee lovers
1. Coffee
I mean nothing makes a coffee lover happier than getting even more coffee! It’s not exactly a cheap commodity either so if you get them their favorite type of coffee, they’ll certainly love you for it.
Here are a couple great options. My hubby is obsessed with his Nespresso machine so pods are his faves. Of course, you can opt for ground coffee and coffee beans too.
2. Sampler packs
While their favorite coffee is a perfect gift, if they are adventurous, they’ll certainly appreciate a sampler pack of flavored, exotic and gourmet coffee blends. Themed sampler packs are also great, especially for fall and Christmas.
3. Subscriptions
Take the sampler pack gift a step further and sign them up for a subscription box. Do a three-month subscription so they can have unique coffee delivered to their door every month.
Mistobox has great subscription options.
4. New coffee mug
Can anyone ever really have too many coffee mugs? Order customized ones with the coffee lover’s name and photo. Mugs that change color with changing temperature are always a delightful hit too!
There are also simple ones that have great sayings and funny puns on them. The options here are just about limited to your imagination.
Glass mugs can be simple and fun gifts too!
5. Mugs with tech
Besides regular shmegular coffee mugs, there are also ones with a little tech to keep them warm and well stirred. These might get a little pricey but they sure are great coffee lover gifts for those that truly want their coffee to stay hot for a long time.
6. Cold brew essentials
I prefer cold brew coffee. To me, it tastes far less bitter and a whole lot better than hot brewed coffee. If cold brews are something the person you’re gifting would enjoy, how about getting them some supplies?
It could be a pitcher with a stainless steel filter, a French press or just cold brew coffee drinks.
7. Coffee shop gift cards
Do they have a favorite coffee shop? Pick up a gift card from there so they can enjoy a nice cup of joe and a lovely snack whenever they please. This is a low effort, super simple and still pretty sweet gift.
8. Burr grinder
While coffee grinders are pretty helpful, burr grinders are a gamechanger. They crush coffee beans uniformly so you can get coarse or fine coffee that looks like it came from a factory. There are no larger and smaller bits in there.
And, we all know how freshly ground coffee tastes so much better! You can get either manual or automatic burr grinders as gifts. I like these the most.
9. Unique kettles
For the coffee fanatic, temperature really matters. If the water is too hot, it can affect the taste, plus scald the tongue; if it’s too cold, it can under extract all the coffee goodness.
Temperature controlled kettles can help here to keep the water always warm and perfect for making coffee throughout the day. And, how cute are these gooseneck kettles anyway?
10. Milk frother
For the folks that love making their own coffee at home, a milk frother is a great addition to their process. Frothy, creamy milk sure adds to the coffee drinking experience! And, they are budget friendly gifts.
11. Coffee machine
If they already have the coffee, grinder and a milk frother, how about getting your special coffee loving friend a new coffee machine? I got my hubby the Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker and he loved it so much he got a second one for his office.
The Keurig K-Express is also pretty awesome as is the Cuisinart classic coffee maker.
12. Books that’re coffee related
Whether it’s romance set around a coffee shop or a recipe book filled with related recipes, books about coffee would certainly be unique gifts for coffee lovers. You can go a little meta too and get them a coffee table book about coffee!
Speaking of coffee table books, I have some great suggestions in this post that are a little more fashionable and art decor themed.
But, back to the coffee! The World Atlas of Coffee is a gorgeous, informative book on coffee and the same author also published How To Make The Best Coffee At Home. Romcom fans would love Coffee Break with the Billionaire and mystery fans would appreciate A Bitter Brew in Mocha Mills.
This would certainly be a unique gift!
13. Coffee themed clothing
I’m sure you can find adorable coffee graphics on just about any type of clothing from tshirts and sweaters to caps, undies and socks. I really like this Snoopy tee with the pupper holding a coffee mug and donut.
Speaking of our favorite cartoon dog, check out these Snoopy gift ideas to share.
Back to the coffee clothing, this sleeveless sunshine and coffee tee is also adorable. And, the same is true for this sweet bag.
14. Coffee flavored snacks
Coffee flavored chocolate, biscotti, candy and other unique treats can also make great gifts. It’s also a little adjacent to the theme, but who doesn’t love a nice, sweet snack that reminds them of their favorite drink?
15. Decor
Desk toys, signs, figurines, throw pillow covers and wall art that are coffee-themed can also be fun coffee lover gifts. You can have customized ones made or pick up any of these cuties.
Okay, those are all my ideas for gifts for coffee lovers. From the nonchalant coffee bro to the obsessed caffeinated girlie, there’s something here to waw them with. Have fun shopping for them!
