What’s a gratitude list?
The name says it all, doesn’t it? A gratitude list can be a basic or detailed list of all the people, things, and experiences in your life that you feel thankful for and truly appreciate.
The list can be as simple as saying a comfy bed, food and water. Or you can get really detailed and specific about that one moment that happened that changed your life for the better.
A gratitude lists is a great tool to develop the habit of feeling grateful and joyful in our lives. But, it is just that – one tool, one approach. If the list doesn’t resonate with you, that’s okay. No need to force it.
There are other beautiful ways to develop and practice gratitude.
